Residential Project – Fuenlabrada 1
Approximately 192 m² residential project, developed as a complete steel structure and building envelope solution, from design and detailing through fabrication and installation preparation. The project included wall and floor structures, roof framing, structural beams and columns, two steel staircases, as well as the main enclosure systems: fibre cement boards, plasterboard, OSB, Omega profiles, façade panels and sandwich roof panels. The building combines lightweight galvanized steel framing with approximately 2.6 tonnes of S235 structural steel for the main load-bearing elements.
