Residential Project – Huelva 1

Residential project of approximately 296 m², developed using a Light Gauge Steel construction system and completed through the detailing, fabrication preparation and installation stage. The project included external and internal wall framing, floor structure, roof structure, OSB sheathing, sandwich panel roofing, as well as the accessories and components required for structural assembly. The main structure was designed using G550 galvanized steel, with C140 profiles, 0.95 mm BMT, totaling approximately 3,493 linear meters and 6.36 tonnes of steel.
